YOUTH DANCE ASSISTANT PROGRAM
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the Youth Dance Assistant program will:

show their commitment through regular attendance (in both their dance classes as well as the classes they are assisting with) and punctuality.

illustrate a positive attitude and the required level of maturity.

display a natural love and passion for dance.

demonstrate a desire to learn and grow as a dance instructor.
TCDC's Class Assistant Program is an in-studio training program that gives dance students the opportunity to learn the skills and techniques necessary to be successful dance instructors and leaders.
HOW TO APPLY
To apply to become a Youth Dance Assistant, the following requirements must be met:

Dancer is 11 years or older.

The application form is complete.

The dancer will attend a short orientation and quarterly meetings throughout the dance season.
Selections will be made based upon the application, dance experience, conduct in classes, and availability for classes.
